Information for speakers |

Speakers are asked to prepare their talk presentations in electronic form. The preferred format is Acrobat portable document format (.pdf) . Microsoft power point format (.ppt) is also accepted. In both cases it is preferable to use standard fonts. If you use special fonts you should make sure to include them in the file. A beamer will be available in each meeting room. Talks will be projected from a laptop computer provided by the conference organizers. For scheduling reasons it will not be possible to connect your private computer to the beamer.
Speakers are requested to communicate a URL where their talk files can be downloaded. Please send the
URL and
the title of your talk by e-mail to
Scientific Secretary well
before the start of the conference, the best
not later than Saturday, 1st of July. The final unextendable deadline for submission is one day
before the
presenation time. Make sure that the file name includes the appropriate file
extension.
